Refund & Cancellation Policy
Your rights to cancel and request a refund when reserving your training with us.
shaolinacademy OÜ ("we," "us," "our") provides consulting services to assist clients with the application process for attending Shi Miao Hai - Shaolin Academy, including liaising with the school, preparing application materials, and coordinating reservations. This policy explains your rights to cancel and request a refund.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract is concluded — that is, the date of your purchase.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear written statement (for example, an email to info@shimiaohai.com). You may use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, but it is not mandatory.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement itself.
After the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, or for clients located outside the EU, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are generally not available once the application process is underway. Please contact us at info@shimiaohai.com to discuss your situation.
If we are unable to deliver the agreed service for reasons within our control — for example, we cannot proceed with your application — you will receive a full refund of any fees paid, minus non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.
We are not responsible for circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to: visa denials, school admission decisions, travel restrictions, force majeure events, or changes in your personal circumstances.

- Date of purchase
- The service purchased (including duration of stay booked)
- Reason for the request (optional for EU withdrawal)
We will respond within 5 business days and process eligible refunds within 14 days of confirming the request.
You may copy, complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.
